Fees

Pricing of legal services are a source of concern for most clients, however we try to alleviate this concern by offering certainty, clarity and transparency in the pricing of our legal services.
This way you can make an informed decision on your matter.
We offer our clients with a choice of fee options, which best suits them and their matter.

FIXED FEE PRICING:

We understand that some clients want the benefit of fixed fees and we will provide you with a value fixed price. We can provide you with fixed fee pricing where the scope of our engagement can be clearly defined, such as the drafting of legal documents. We can also provide you with fixed fee pricing for litigious matters once we have met with you and have listened closely to what your needs are and what your desired outcome is.

TIME BASED PRICING:

If you would rather that you be charged on an hourly basis (charged by 6 minute units) and all the time is itemized in the tax invoice, then we will provide you with an estimate of legal fees based on the hourly rate. Whilst some people believe that time charge promotes inefficiencies, we don’t share this view as you can challenge any time costed service.
