Mont Legal is headed by Toni Monteleone, who through his 20 years of legal practice has sought to provide professional services in a clear, personal and value for money manner.

Toni has always provided legal services with a focus on obtaining an outcome that is in the best interest of his clients. He takes into account the client’s own objectives and advises on the best strategy and planning, weighing up the strengths and weaknesses of his client’s matters and providing the best and cost effective solution.

In any dispute resolution it doesn’t mean always trying to settle the case or run every case to trial.

Toni has represented individuals and small and medium enterprises in Tribunals, State and Commonwealth Courts of Australia with great success and he considers that this success is mainly due to his understanding of the clients that he represents and the key issues that relate to the matter and the client.

When not applying himself to the law, Toni enjoys hopping on his Vespa for small trips(it evokes his Italian trait), travelling, attending art exhibitions, (Adelaide artist Andrew Baines is his favourite, with Jack Vettriano a close second),tasting and collecting wine, spending quality time with family and friends and giving his all in supporting Port Power. Toni is fluent in the Italian language and also the Calabrian dialect.

Our Process

• Once you contact us we will discuss the basics of your matter over the phone or by an exchange of emails, this first consultation, up to 20 minutes, is free.

• If you are happy with your interaction over the phone or by email with us, we will make an appointment for you to come to our office and discuss the best way to proceed. Once we have taken your instructions we will provide you with the costs of the services.

• We will provide you with our Retainer and Costs Agreement setting out the scope of services to be provided and the terms and conditions of our engagement, so that everything is transparent from the outset.

• We will then set out to solve the issues in a timely and cost efficient matter that poses the least disruption to you.

• Once we achieve an outcome to your issue, we intend to continue our relationship with you, our client so that we may become your trusted friend and legal advisors.
